Term Two

Hi everyone,

Firstly, I just wanted to say a very warm welcome back to face-to-face teaching for Term 2! The last few months have been challenging for all, and it is great to see all the students’ faces again. We are continuing to strive for excellence in our learning and the students have been fantastic as they return to class.

Homework

Normal homework expectations have begun, with students encouraged to continue working in their homework folders each week. Spelling tests are held every Friday. Please also encourage your child to bring their homework folders to class every day. This will ensure that they maintain a routine and remember them for each Monday when we hand out the new homework set.

Merit Award Winners

Congratulations to Freya and Sophie who received a Merit Award for their outstanding achievements and behaviour.  It has been fantastic to see their resilience and positivity towards their learning, and also how they have presented themselves as role models for those around them. In Room 15 we encourage the students to always try their best, and I look forward to handing out more awards in the future.

PR1ME Books

All PR1ME books need to be returned as soon as possible. If you have them at home, could you please return them with your child by the end of this week. Thank you.
